 Description
The Vantech H1 steel roof rack system can hold up to 500 lbs. across 2 bars evenly distributed. The Crossbars are made from 2" x 1" rectangular 14 gauge heavy duty steel. The Cross bar is protected by non-slip plastic bar guard on top. Mounting uprights are 11-gauge at the base and are galvanized before powder coating. The Mounting uprights have 8" extra wide bases at 16.5" total height. The Base is welded complete onto the upright post for a complete seal. There are 4 x 1" eye hooks included per mounting upright. There is absolutely No drilling required, secured with drip rail clamps. The drip rail clamps are 11-gauge steel 2" x 8" dipped in rubber top and bottom. Rubber caps on the upright posts prevent wind noise and water leakage. The system Includes 5" ladder stopper to prevent ladder from sliding forward, Ladder stoppers are galvanized and rubber dipped. The system also includes 5.5" ladder guide for easy bungee and tie-down. Ladder guides are galvanized and rubber dipped. Easy turn knobs allows quick adjustments and removal of ladder stopper and ladder guides. Velcro straps secure ladders within seconds up to 75 lbs (Bar guards, Ladder stopper, ladder guide, velcro straps only available in our 2,3,4 bar systems). The rack system is powder coated for additional protection against rust. The H1 system is made Specifically for the 2001 - 2006 Sprinter High Roof Models for 100% fitment. Color: Choose black or white finish.
