filter order
Hi, I was unable to find this small washer item in the box. The box had been packaged poorly and subsequently crushed quite badly. These filters should have been packaged better I know if it would have been me boxing these up it would have been reinforced by two layers on all sides. The O ring would have been taped to a larger box with clear markings indicating so. From Steve@EuroCampers: We tape the seal to the top of the filter box, or if you order several seals, we put them in a small clear plastic bag and tape it to the filter box. If you are unable to locate these, we can send replacements. Regarding the crushed box, it is unlikely due to poor packaging but rather mistreatment by the carrier. If any contents are damaged, let us know so we can file a claim and send replacements.
