2014 - 2024 Ram ProMaster Grip Steps set - one 36" driver step, one 98" passenger step

These are very sturdy running board steps and are very well built. I was able to install without raising the vehicle. Be sure to use vice grips to hold the brackets in place while drilling the mounting holes. Follow the instructions for which holes to drill because the brackets are somewhat universal and there are more holes than what's used for the Promaster.

I ordered the ProMaster Grip Step running boards because I think they will provide better foot stability while entering and exiting the van, and they look more rugged than the other boards on the market. The box of hardware arrived within a few days. After two weeks of waiting for the running boards, I checked the tracking number on the Fedex website. It stated everything was delivered. I contacted Eurocampers, they investigated, and then called back to inform me the original box of boards was returned by Fedex due to damage. I was assured another set would be mailed out. I waited a week but still had not received a new tracking number, so I called Eurocampers again. The person I spoke to this time had no knowledge about my situation but would investigate. I received an email the same day with a new tracking number. The running boards arrived, packaged in a very sturdy box, about one week later. I set about reading the instructions and doing an inventory of all parts (nuts, bolts, clamps, clips, brackets, etc). Everything was in place, so I started on the 36 inch board on the driver's side before tackling the longer board that goes on the passenger side. The driver's side installation when fairly well. The instructions leave a little bit to be desired, but they are sufficient if you take your time, review instructions during the process, use common sense, and have a moderate amount of mechanical ability. It took about three and a half hours to do everything in this paragraph. I have not installed the passenger side yet, but it will probably take the same amount of time. Yes, there are more holes to drill and brackets to install, but I now have the advantage of knowing how everything goes together. Should you buy any type of running board? Depends. The ProMaster does sit up high and requires climbing up into the cab. Young people with good flexibility and no physical impairments probably don't need them. However, us older folks without those two attributes need help. I've had the driver's side board on for a week and a half now and have used them during dry and wet weather without issue. The grip step provides excellent slip protection and make van entry and exit much easier. The grip step running boards look good and appear to be well made so they will last for years. I have no complaints with Eurocampers customer service: 'stuff-happens' in life, but they made things right. I highly recommend the Grip Step running boards.

Took my Husband 5/7 hours, but it is perfect. He always adds extra for safety. We both love the steps, makes life easier to get in and out of Van. These are well made steps. Directions are a little weak.

These are nice and wide. Feel solid under foot. Installed myself. Were a little more difficult to install than first thought. Took 11 hours over a weekend. Fits the 136" wheelbase perfectly. Shipped with everything needed for install. Easy online ordering. Exactly what I ordered; came in two different boxes. They're what my van needed. It now has a totally different stance. Looks great.

I have the 2021 pro master high roof 159 inch wheelbase and it fits perfectly. The instructions were accurate and easy to follow. I love them!

Good quality. Received quickly, looks great, had professionally installed about $100.00 Would highly recommend. Also bought a mat for promaster van. Very nice high quality
