Drivers side emergency brake lowering bracket and drivers swivel. Had a hard time getting to some bolts on emergency brake and had to cut one off in order to use bracket, otherwise it is pretty straight forward,did not cut or use most of the covers for the brake. On the swivel, I had to omit the ,battery cover and cross piece under the seat in order to be able remount seat and be able to swivel, but it is of no structure value and can't be seen. Seat wiring is a pain to get apart in order to feed through hole in swivel, but everything works.

Why do you not rovide theinstructions for the installation? How complicated is it? Do I have to go under the van and make modifications to the placement or length of the cable?

You may be able to find instructions online for this, but likely it's not difficult. The manufacture has not provided any instructions and we have not had a Transit in here to test fit one to.

Without any written guidance included, exactly what part is this piece replacing? You are calling it an 'adapter', but you don't add anything to lower the seat, so how does this part 'adapt' into the existing install?

a : a device for connecting two parts (as of different diameters) of an apparatus
b : an attachment for adapting apparatus for uses not originally intended
This adapter allows you to remount the parking brake in a lower position.

I have purchased a ford transit 2019 based new RV and the dealer included two swivel seat adapters purchased from you - they were able to install the passenger side unit but not the driver side (as they clearly did not know they needed to modify the parking brake) so now I have the extra swivel in my garage and really want to have it installed. So, can you sell me the parking brake adapter and give me some directions on where I might find instructions on installation or recommended a professional?
