A simple retrofit solution designed to prevent unwanted liner film slippage and help you get the maximum number of bags from each liner cartridge.
Slippage occurs when the liner film is passively peeled off the cartridge without the transport rollers rotating. This can cause the liner to be used faster than intended. Common causes include:
Excess weight in the bag - a fresh liner can support up to 800 g of contents, but can begin pulling downward from around 400 g
Manual pressure - pressing the liner down by hand, similar to a conventional trash can
Vehicle movement - hanging bag chains can swing while driving and peel the liner film unintentionally
When this slippage occurs, the liner may be used up before the control system displays the true final position.
