Koni FSD Front Shock Absorber for 2014 - 2024 Ram ProMaster 1500, 2500 & 3500.

You can´t find a better shock for your Sprinter than FSD: KONI frequency selective dampers. We have combined the benefits of performance and comfort into one shock absorber. FSD is firm for control over large bumps and corners, but soft for comfort over expansion joints and rough roads. While KONI is known to reduce bouncing in motorhomes, our FSD shocks include a special valve that filters out annoying vibrations before they enter the coach. Waited for months for these at another online retailer till I finally cancelled the order....called Eurocamper and they had my order shipped the same day. Also the Koni struts and shocks make my 2015 Promaster ride like a brand new van.

I recently installed on my Ram Promaster Class B van. What a difference. I also installed rear shocks. The performance on highway and back roads improved significantly. The ride is both smooth and stable.

Significant Difference

I recently replaced the OEM struts and rear shocks on my Promaster with the Koni FSD shocks from EuroCampers after driving 60K miles. I was initially unsure about whether they would provide a less harsh ride compared to the OEM shocks or the Bilstien option I had read about. However, I've noticed that these shocks have a very interesting way of smoothing out the road. They've changed the dive and roll characteristics when swerving, stopping, and going, making everything feel better. Even typical cracks and movements on the road are smoothed out at speed. Overall, the ride feels perfect for what we do. We don't do much offroading, just washboard roads (which these shocks help with). I can't say much about using them for offroading, but I believe they should work for 90% or more of van campers who prefer touring over offroading. These shocks are different from the stock ones, and our RAM dealer had some concerns about the installation due to them being "different". Fortunately, the team at EuroCampers was very helpful and explained how to install these struts to the technician.
