Q: We have the NORCOLD 3163LGHBV I have replaced the burner and the fridge was working well. Now it won't get cold on electric or gas but it seems the T-stat is calling for demand because when we put it on battery it drains the battery overnight but doesn't get cold. Does the interrupter have anything to do with that? I was told the cooling unit might be bad but so far I can't get an answer to if the cooling unit can be separated from the fridge and replaced. A new fridge is quite expensive. Can you give me any guidance?
