Our Lowered Base has been pull-tested while installed with a swivel to meet the US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 207 & 210, and Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 207 & 210, and are also TÜV approved. This is the standard for aftermarket automotive accessories. It's a misnomer to say that aftermarket accessories are "crash-tested".
