What to know about Scopema Transit Swivels?

This model swivel fits 2015 through 2024 model Ford Transit vans with the factory seat base. Not compatible with suspension seats. May require rerouting of electrical harness underneath the driver seat. Because they are such low-profile swivels, they work best if rotated while not seated in the seat. Compatible with heated seats, seat airbags, and under seat batteries. May be compatible with under seat heater. For safety purposes, they lock only in the forward-facing position and are not to be used in any position but the locked forward-facing position while the vehicle is in motion. May require slight trimming to rear of seat tracks in order to clear door trim while rotating with doors closed.

 This swivel has only been test-fitted in a standard seat base model and has not been approved for use in models with the 10-way powered seat.

Scopema swivels have been pull-tested to meet the US Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 207 & 210, and Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 207 & 210, and are also TÜV approved.
