Q: Does this ladder work with the Ladder Mounted Bike Rack that's (only for Surco stainless ladders)?

A: Yes, this is a Surco ladder. We recommend a more robust installation of the bottom of this ladder if using with the bike rack. Through bolts or threaded inserts should be used instead of sheet metal screws.

Q: Description says "fits on Right Side". The picture shows the left (driver side). I need the Left driver side. Can this be purchased in black anodized or powder coat? Let me know. Thanks!

Q: do you have high roof ladder thats firs the driver side of a sequence flowmaster ram rv for spare tire rack

A: This Product fits the high roof ProMaster and will fit the driver rear door, though it will block the license plate. We do not recommend using this ladder to carry cargo or a spare tire.

Q: What is the length of the whole ladder as my door is only 72” tall. I have the 2024 Winnebago 59P

A: This ladder is approximatey 69" long. It hooks to the top of the door, and bolts to the door at the bottom, so the length is slightly less than the door itself.

Q: What is weight for stainless versus aluminum on the ladder for a 2021 Promaster 2500 high roof?

A: This stainless steel ladder weighs approximately 12 pounds. The no-drill aluminum ladder for the high roof ProMaster weighs approx. 18 pounds.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have an installation video, but the installation is pretty basic. The ladder hooks over the top of the rear door and screws at the bottom.

Q: Is this ladder strong enough to hold a spare tire? Thank you so much.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have any experience mounting a spare tire to this ladder. If you decide to attempt this we would recommend using a backing plate and/ or using through bolts or threaded inserts instead of the included hardware. Also be sure to not exceed the weight limit of the door.

Q: How much clearance between ladder and door (est is fine). I have a door vent that sticks out 2 1/2 inches. Also how far from top of door to the top rung? Thanks

A: This ladder is about 7 inches from the surface of the rear door. The top rung is about 6 inches from the top of the door.
