Our 1 piece Ford Transit Van Cab Window Covers aren't the same cheap vinyl covers as found elsewhere. Ours are made from marine grade Aqualon Edge fabric. Aqualon Edge material grants superior heat reduction, heat reflection, and UV capability. For maximum performance, the canvas fabric resists water, mildew, rot, peeling, cracking, and fading.

With a vinyl-coated polyester outside and soft underside, it keeps internal temperatures cool and surfaces protected. Provides complete privacy for cab windows. To install, slip the corners over the upper edge of door and close door. Cover is held in place by doors and sewn in magnets. Rolls up or folds for easy storage. Storage bag included. Made In USA. Includes a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Q: You say reduces the temp, but by how mucH? Say outside is 100, what will it be inside? Can I assume can’t see in or out? I have the foil type, I am disappointed in how little it helps. Are yours better?

A: We have no measurement data. This cover reduces sun exposure and temps, but it is mainly for privacy. If you are looking for insulation, we offer several other options - Heatshields, WeatherTech and NRF 7 layer insulation.

Q: What holds this cover down on the van. Especially concerned about wind

A: The cover slips over the corner at the top of the door and is held at the bottom with magnets.

There is a loop you can use to tie the cover to the door handle.

Q: Is the material multi-layered with insulation to keep the van cooler in Summer and warmer in winter? We live in Phoenix Arizona where Summer temperatures routinely exceed 110F. Is the material heavy duty enough to withstand this extreme heat and keep the cab of the van protected from intense sun and heat? The van is a large high ceiling Ford Transit 350 (with dually wheels) that has been converted by Pleasure Way Industries into a Class B RV. Will your larger windshield cover fit this unit even though your description for RV sizing specifies a Class C RV? Also, do you sell front floor mat protectors that are a custom fit with our van?
