We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations aren't always guaranteed. Please contact us right away and we'll do our best. Note that made-to-order items and orders already in transit generally cannot be cancelled.
Address changes are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at 636-337-7700 or via our contact form and we'll update it if we can.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items may take longer — check the individual product page for an estimated lead time.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized items (such as awnings) may ship via truck freight. Multiple shipping speeds are available at checkout, including free shipping on qualifying products to the 48 contiguous states (2–10 business days).
Our primary warehouse is near St. Louis, Missouri. We also have access to partner warehouses across the US and ship from whichever location gets your order to you fastest. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments — you'll receive a tracking number for each one.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Estimated transit times range from 2–10 business days and depend on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout.
We're sorry to hear that! Please photograph the damage to the item and packaging, then contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that special orders and electrical items are non-returnable. See our Terms and Conditions for full details, or contact us to start a return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Products & Compatibility
Our store is organised by van make and model — start by navigating to your vehicle's category. Each product page lists compatible years, makes, and trim levels. If you're still unsure, contact us with your van's year, make, model, and any relevant trim details and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
If you can add an item to your cart, it's either in stock and ready to ship, or it will be made to order. Items that are out of stock will display a waitlist option — enter your email address and we'll notify you the moment it becomes available again.
Yes! Many products include installation instructions, and we have a Guides section with guides, how-tos, and helpful tips for van builds and conversions. If you can't find what you need, our team is happy to assist.
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. Details are listed on individual product pages where applicable. If you have a specific warranty question, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.
International Orders
Yes — most items can be shipped to Canada. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Add items to your cart and you can preview available shipping methods and their costs before you check out. Please be aware that import duties, brokerage fees, and applicable Canadian taxes are not included in our prices and will be billed to you separately by the carrier.
We primarily serve customers in the US and Canada but do ship internationally to select countries. Please add the items you're interested in to the shopping cart to get shipping rates to your destination.
