"Do you ship to Canada?"
Yes, most of the items we sell are available to ship to Canada. Our prices are listed in US Dollars. We have several shipping options available for Canadian customers. Simply add the products you're interested to the shopping cart and you can preview the shipping methods and costs during the checkout. Please note that duty tax and brokerage are charged separately. This amount will be charged to you by the shipping company and is based on brokerage fees for the shipping company to clear the shipment and taxes imposed by the Canadian government.
"Where are you located?"

"When will my order ship?"
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In most cases orders ship out within 2 business days, however, some items like those that are made to order, will take longer. Please see the product page for the specific item for more details.
"Are the items I want in stock?"
If you are able to add an item to the shopping cart, then we have that item in stock and ready to ship or it will be made to order. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase it, but you can add your email address to our waiting list and we will send you an email when the item is back in stock.
"When will I receive my order?"
We will send you a tracking number to the email address listed on the order, but the transit time may take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the method selected. We give a description of the transit time for each method of shipping during the checkout so you can get an idea of when to expect delivery.
"How do you ship?"
We usually ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the size and weight of the items, where they are being shipped, or what method was selected. We offer several different shipping options at checkout, and orders that qualify for free shipping may take 2-10 business days for delivery. Some larger items like awnings may need to be shipped via truck freight. We do our best to ship your items using the shipping method selected at checkout, but sometimes we may have to change the shipping method depending on the product and shipping location.
"Where will my items ship from?"
We have a warehouse centrally located outside of St. Louis, Missouri and we have access to products in stock all around the USA. We review each order and determine the best warehouse for your order to ship from. Sometimes this may mean your order will arrive in separate shipments. We will email you tracking numbers as your items ship.
"How do returns work?"
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Special orders and electrical items are non-returnable. For full details on returns, please see our terms and conditions.
"Can I cancel my order?"
We can attempt to cancel your order however, we do process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Some items that are made to order or that ship from another location may not be able to be canceled.
"Is it safe to place my order online?"
Yes, our site is protected with 256-bit Secure Socket Layer protection. If you want, you can verify this for yourself by clicking on the security seal on the bottom of every page of our site. We use PayPal as our payment processor, so your credit card information is always encrypted, and we never see or store your credit card number.
"Will you sell or share my information?"
We never sell your information, but we do share basic information like name, phone number, and shipping address with third-party providers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS so that they can ship orders to our customers.
