Once you place your order we may not be able to cancel it.  If you have made an error or need to make changes to your order please contact us immediately.  All canceled orders are subject to a non-refundable 5% processing fee to cover charges from the credit card processor and other costs related to canceling an order. If we need to cancel an order due to an unavailable product or other reason out of your control, we do not impose the cancellation fee.
