Sprinter 3500 windshield cover

I purchased this cover for a Forestriver Sinsetter RV with the Mercedes Sprinter 3500 cab. Perfect fit for a 2016 RV. Seems to be well made and fits securely.

Not the best fit on a 2019 Sprinter 3500

I bought this for a 2019 Sprinter 3500 chasis with a Leisure Vans Unity 24MB built on top of it. It was the only windshield cover I could find for a 2019. This cover seems to have to be stretched a bit too tight to fit on the 2019 Sprinter. The threads on the straps that secure the cover to the top corners of the doors have been stressed to the point that they are coming undone. The cover is stretched to such a degree that it's difficult to open the doors when the cover is on - something that's required to get at the awning controls below the passenger side seat. The material the cover is made of is thin enough that some heat still penetrates the cab on a hot sunny day. I'm not totally displeased - the cover offers great privacy without losing space to an interior curtain. But I wish there had been a more expensive 2-ply and slightly wider version with velcro windows available for the 2019 Sprinter.

Fits Perfectly!

A window cover for our new Forrest River RV (on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chasis) isn't available in the normal camping stores. This one fits perfectly and is very sturdy so I'm sure it will last a long time.

Awesome Very pleased

Wow I was so impressed with the quality of the material used in this product. It comes with a nice storage bag and fits perfect around my windshield. Gives great privacy when camping. Made in America too! No regrets...highly recommend this

It is doing ok!

While my RV is stored when not in use, when its in my driveway for a few days while i prepare it for a roadtrip, this cover is great. It covers enough to block the sun. I do agree with the person who said it needs to be longer. I am concerned about magnet rubbing around in the vinyl when the wind blows here. It doesnt stay put and slides all over. Hoping it doesnt scratch the paint. You can see a few scratches. Magnet isnt strong enough. When wind is over 20 mph, i remove it.

We needed this cover for our 2012 Coachman Prism motorhome that we had purchased in August of this year. The cover fit our windshield perfectly and was very easy to put on and take off. It provides us with a more open feeling inside of the motorhome by not having to put up the privacy curtain. We live in New York and the motorhome is in our driveway. We had the hurricane hit us with some pretty strong winds and the cover stayed in place through the entire storm. Very happy with our purchase.

We've had this windshield cover on our Roadtrek for just at 3 years and always in the hot Florida sun. No sign of deterioration, yet. Great fit and finish. I wish someone would make one of these out of Textiline 90 mesh for campsite use.

Improvement suggestion

The first time we used this cover, in Omaha, there was a nearby tornado. The cover was roughed up but came through intact. As I have suggested before, this cover would be more effective if it were longer and extended down to cover the wipers and cabin air vent (there are two vents, one is fake). This would keep pollen and debris from dropping down into the vent.

The cover is beautiful and made of quality material but it could stand to be a little longer to cover up the wipers to keep the snow and leaves out of the wiper pockets.
