2002 T4 Owner

Fits 2002 T4 MV lock cylinder bore. Had to file steering lock cam to match the shape of original lock. However, after this mod the ignition will actuate properly just like original but without steering lock capability! Great $49 emergency fix. Should outlast switch as the switch actuating stem is more robust than the $270+ original.

A: No, 2003 uses a smart key. You may be able to have this service completed at your VW dealer.
