Returns

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 60 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Express shipping charges are never refundable under any circumstance. Items considered defective are subject to our review and determination. We may require photos or other evidence for proof of defects. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Installed parts are non-returnable unless we determine they are defective. Items that have been used can not be returned. Electrical parts and Electronics are non-returnable. Any returns must be received in new condition including all original packaging and materials.  All returns must be packaged as originally sent to prevent damage during shipment.  All returns are subject to restocking fees of at least 10%. Products that are sold with Free Shipping are subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%.  Please review each product description for specific return restrictions. Most returned items are processed within 1-5 business days after being received. Returned items requiring a detailed inspection may take longer.
